The Practice Pro card used to show a per month equivalent of the annual plan (about ₦23,333) with a /month label, which did not match what Paystack actually charges. The pricing now shows ₦25,000 per month or ₦280,000 per year, the same numbers Paystack will deduct.

Every new clinic owner now reads and accepts a plain language Terms of Service and Privacy Policy during signup. The Terms spell out the Free plan limits, Practice Pro pricing, and the five percent platform fee on consultation payments, so there are no surprises later.
