We're looking for someone who can own VotixCare's social presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok. You'll create content that speaks to optometrists, clinic staff, and patients. You understand healthcare SaaS and know how to build an audience from scratch.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute a content calendar across all platforms
- Create engaging posts, reels, and threads that grow our audience
- Monitor trends in healthcare tech and optometry
- Track performance metrics and iterate on what works
- Collaborate with the founding team on brand voice and messaging
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand or startup
- Strong writing skills and visual eye for content
- Familiarity with healthcare, SaaS, or B2B audiences
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction
Project Manager
We need someone to keep our product development on track. You'll coordinate across engineering, design, and the founding team to make sure features ship on time and nothing falls through the cracks. You're organized, direct, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup where priorities shift.
What you'll do
- Own the product roadmap timeline and keep the team accountable
- Run standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Coordinate between frontend, backend, and mobile engineers
